Bulk Discounts:
Once you reach a certain dollar amount you get a percentage discount as follows:
- 5% for orders over $1000
- 10% for orders over $2000
- 15% for orders over $3000
- 20% for orders over $4000
- 25% for orders over $7000
- 30% for orders over $10000
The (Bulk Discount) will show under the subtotal in your shopping cart.
Payment
There are many payment options when ordering online:
- Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Payment will not be debited from your card until you order is ready for dispatch. Upon debiting, we'll send you out a Tax invoice by post.
- Cheque or money order. Please post to PO Box 33, AMAMOOR QLD 4570

Shipping
Orders are sent from one of our warehouses in either Brisbane or Amamoor and we should be able to get most orders out to you within the week.
All orders are sent on pallet via a tail gate truck that has a hydraulic lift on the back, the driver will be able to move your goods on a pallet jack along any flat and even surface for up to about 10 meters from where the truck can get access to. However they will not be able to unpack and position your planters.
For a more personalized service, we recommend removalists who can unpack and position your planters or furniture at a cost of $300-$400 per two cubic metres.
Our website has a shipping calculator that will give you a quote based on your postcode. Choose your items and then click “add to cart” where you will be able to use the shipping calculator. It is a flat rate so regardless of how much you order the shipping will be the same for that particular postcode.
Guarantee
The entire IOTA range has a 5 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

In addition, once you get your order and if the goods are not to your satisfaction for any reason you may return the items in "as new" condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. You will however be responsible for the cost of freight to return the order to our warehouse plus a 15% restocking fee.
If the items arrive damaged, or what you receive is different from your order, then you will not pay a cent and IOTA will take full responsibility of any expenses to make things right.
Security
Our merchant services use SSL encryption, which is an Internet standard and encrypts all of your details, preventing a third party from viewing your information. The instant you reach our checkout page, a padlock symbol at the top or bottom of your screen indicates that you have entered our secure shopping zone.
An internal security system, known as a firewall, protects information about you stored in our computer from being viewed by a third party. Information access is restricted within our offices and protected by a password.
Privacy
Any information you give us will stay with us and will not be passed onto a third party except for activities directly related to getting your order to you in a timely fashion.
