Payment

There are many payment options when ordering online:
Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Payment will not be debited from your card until you order is ready for dispatch. Upon debiting, we'll send you out a Tax invoice by post.
Cheque or money order. Please post to PO Box 33, AMAMOOR QLD 4570

Shipping

The delivery charge to Metro Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane is $100 per order. For other areas, please contact us for a quote.

Orders are sent from one of our warehouses in either Brisbane or Amamoor and we should be able to get most orders out to you within the week, if we are out of stock of an item you have ordered we will contact you straight away to offer you a substitute or make other arrangements.

The delivery drivers may not be able to unpack and position your planters, so you will need one or two people home with a strong back. In any case, we'll need someone home to sign for the goods. If you are not home at the time of delivery a card will be left for you by the transport company to arrange another time.

Guarantee

The entire IOTA range has a 5 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

In addition once you get your order and if the goods are not to your satisfaction for any reason you may return the items in "as new" condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. You will however be responsible for the cost of freight to return the order to our warehouse plus a $25 restocking fee.

If the items arrive damaged, or what you receive is different from your order, then you will not pay a cent and IOTA will take full responsibility of any expenses to make things right.

Security

Our merchant services use SSL encryption, which is an Internet standard and encrypts all of your details, preventing a third party from viewing your information. The instant you reach our checkout page, a padlock symbol at the top or bottom of your screen indicates that you have entered our secure shopping zone.

An internal security system, known as a firewall, protects information about you stored in our computer from being viewed by a third party. Information access is restricted within our offices and protected by a password.

Privacy

Any information you give us will stay with us and will not be passed onto a third party except for activities directly related to getting your order to you in a timely fashion.
